The DERC Review and Approval Management (DREAM) App has been developed by ODPRT as an online system for submitting applications to DERCs for ethics review. The DREAM App is now officially launched and is accessible here: DERC Review and Approval Managment (DREAM)
Applications to DERCs for ethics review should be submitted in DREAM, and not in iRIMS-IRB. The iRIMS-IRB system is exclusively for applications requiring NUS-IRB review.
